Calling all choco-chip lovers! Giving my favourite cookies a healthy spin with this easy-peasy 6-ingredient recipe which is vegan & completely gluten-free! Time to try it at home to satiate those cookie cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp Jaggery Powder (Or Sweetener Of Your Choice)
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ¼ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- To this add the wet ingredients & fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, flatten them and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven @180*c for 12-15mins.
- Dig into this gluten free gem!
