- 60 ml Gin
- 1 Egg White
- 30 ml Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 15 ml Bab Louie Mix Berry Premix
- 3 Raspberries for garnish

- Add the gin, egg white, lemon juice, raspberry juice and the Bab Louie mix berry premix into a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with 3 speared raspberries.
