Ingredients
- 1 Cup Amaranth Flour
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Quinoa
- 2 Tablespoons Kasoori Methi
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- Salt to Taste
- Warm Water
Preparation
Prep: 45 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Mix the flours and the spices.
- Add the oil and rub in well.
- Add water as needed to bring the dough together.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Roll into thin discs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking tray.
- And bake for 15 minutes until crisp, at 170 degrees C.
- Cool off and store.
