Ingredients
- For the Sponge
- 1 Cup/ 150 gm Semolina/Suji
- 1 Cup Mashed Bananas (Ripe)
- 2 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract/Essence
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- For the Chocolate Ganache
- 150 gm – Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate (55% Cocoa) – Can Also Be Made with Milk/ White Chocolate
- 75 gm – Fresh Cream
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder – To Sprinkle on The Top
Preparation
Prep: 40 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Mix semolina with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep it aside.
- Take olive oil in a pan and add mashed bananas to it. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Add vanilla extract/essence.
- Add sugar-free chocolate chunks.
- Mix well to fold in the ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins.
- Let it cool, add the sugar-free chocolate ganache.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and serve.
- Tastes best when heated for 15 sec before serving.
