Banana oats pancakes are an ideal combination of yumminess and guiltfree indulgence. It’s my great Sunday breakfast idea. Add it to your brunch spread or devour it with a cup of morning coffee, either way, it’s a healthy alternative to the regular pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1 Banana Mashed
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- A Dash of Almond Milk
- Dark Choc Chips (optional)
- Nutella (for topping)
- Banana on Top (for topping)
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- To make the batter, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add all the wet ingredients to the same bowl. Mix till it has a smooth texture (adjust the milk to get the right consistency).
- Preheat a pan. Add some butter to grease.
- Pour some batter on the pan to make a medium-sized pancake (I like to make mine a little smaller). Cook it on low heat until you see bubbles. Then flip it over to cook the other side for literally a minute or slightly more.
- Spread Nutella on each pancake and stack them up. Add bananas as toppings.
