Banana Oat Pancakes

Banana oats pancakes are an ideal combination of yumminess and guiltfree indulgence. It’s my great Sunday breakfast idea. Add it to your brunch spread or devour it with a cup of morning coffee, either way, it’s a healthy alternative to the regular pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1 Banana Mashed
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • A Dash of Almond Milk
  • Dark Choc Chips (optional)
  • Nutella (for topping)
  • Banana on Top (for topping)

Preparation

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. To make the batter, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add all the wet ingredients to the same bowl. Mix till it has a smooth texture (adjust the milk to get the right consistency).
  2. Preheat a pan. Add some butter to grease.
  3. Pour some batter on the pan to make a medium-sized pancake (I like to make mine a little smaller). Cook it on low heat until you see bubbles. Then flip it over to cook the other side for literally a minute or slightly more.
  4. Spread Nutella on each pancake and stack them up. Add bananas as toppings.
