Ingredients

  • 100 Gm Chicken Breast/Thigh
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Tandoori/Garam Masala
  • 2 Tbsp of Mustard Oil
  • 3 Tsp of Curd
  • 1 Tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Fresh Coriander
  • 4-5 Green Chilies

Preparation

Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 50 minutes

  1. Cut the chicken breast/thigh to normal medium pieces.
  2. In the grinder, put all the other mentioned ingredients and make a fine paste.
  3. Apply the paste to the chicken and marinate for at least for 30+ minutes.
  4. Take a grilling pan and brush some oil. Place the marinated pieces and let it cook or turn golden brown at least for 10 minutes.
  5. After grilling, transfer the pieces onto iron skewers and barbeque them till you don’t get that smoky effect (you can use wooden skewers too if you don’t have iron ones).
  6. Sprinkle some chaat masala for a tangy flavour.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
