Ingredients
- 100 Gm Chicken Breast/Thigh
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Tandoori/Garam Masala
- 2 Tbsp of Mustard Oil
- 3 Tsp of Curd
- 1 Tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Fresh Coriander
- 4-5 Green Chilies
Preparation
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 50 minutes
- Cut the chicken breast/thigh to normal medium pieces.
- In the grinder, put all the other mentioned ingredients and make a fine paste.
- Apply the paste to the chicken and marinate for at least for 30+ minutes.
- Take a grilling pan and brush some oil. Place the marinated pieces and let it cook or turn golden brown at least for 10 minutes.
- After grilling, transfer the pieces onto iron skewers and barbeque them till you don’t get that smoky effect (you can use wooden skewers too if you don’t have iron ones).
- Sprinkle some chaat masala for a tangy flavour.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
