Beetroot Hummus

A Riot of colours perfect to enjoy the weekend with some Netflix and a quick healthy dip.


  • 2 Beetroot Boiled
  • 2 Cup Boiled Chole Chana
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 3 Garlic Pods
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini / Roasted Sesame Paste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil
  • For Garnish – Zatar Powder, Pan Roasted Chickpeas, Oil and Sunflower Seeds


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. In Grinder add all the ingredients and make a coarse paste.
  2. Transfer in a bowl.
  3. Garnish with oil, sprinkle Zatar powder, pan roasted chickpeas and Sunflower seeds.
  4. Serve with cucumber and carrot sticks.
