- 2 Beetroot Boiled
- 2 Cup Boiled Chole Chana
- 2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
- 3 Garlic Pods
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Tahini / Roasted Sesame Paste
- Salt and Pepper
- For Garnish – Zatar Powder, Pan Roasted Chickpeas, Oil and Sunflower Seeds

- In Grinder add all the ingredients and make a coarse paste.
- Transfer in a bowl.
- Garnish with oil, sprinkle Zatar powder, pan roasted chickpeas and Sunflower seeds.
- Serve with cucumber and carrot sticks.
