Just to set the rules straight, your orders are between you and your customers. From Around purely acts as a facilitator to your business. 

Organizers, merchants or creators are liable for –

• Cancellation/postponement of events done by the organizers.
• Any damage or injury of any sorts caused by attending events.
• If the event organizer denies entry from the venue.
• If the event organizer does not implement claimed covid-19 guidelines/protocols.

The requirement for registration and compliances under the GST and other tax laws is the sole responsibility of the Creator/Merchant. 

Violators of the above rules and the community guidelines, content creation guidelines, food merchant agreement & privacy policy will be suspended from the platform and their pay-outs forfeited. Creators are solely responsible for any infringements of any intellectual property rights and are liable for damages as determined by the applicable court of law.

We do not charge a monthly fee and only earn when you earn.

All features including content publishing and chats are free for everyone. However, you may decide to upgrade your shop to access more features. We’ll never show ads and we’ll never sell your data.

The creator i.e., you get to keep or withdraw 90%* of your earnings. We only make money when you do and charge a 10% transaction fee* + taxes.

*Percentage is subject to plans opted for. An additional processing fee of 1.5% + taxes is charged on every transaction.
