My first ever memory of raw food was this salad that my mum used to make for us. So years later, when I went on to do a formal course on raw food, I was keen to change the misconception that raw food is only about superfoods and a rich man’s diet. On the contrary, it is normal food that is local to us. Simple and easy recipes can be quickly dished out with it. Ingredients
- 150 Gms Cabbage
- 15 Gms Coriander
- 40 Gms Coconut
- 1 Medium-sized Onion
- 1 Green Chilly (or as per taste)
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 Tsp Coconut Oil
- Salt to Taste
Preparation
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
- Cut all the ingredients small.
- Then mix them really well.
- Taste to make adjustments to all the above ingredients based on your preference as it is a forgiving and easy recipe that can be customized to your tastes.
