Cajun Spice Potatoes

Cajun Spice Potatoes is a restaurant-style appetizer that I had loved at a famous restaurant chain. I was amazed by the idea of crispy fried potatoes with spicy and sweet mayonnaise sauce. My restaurant cravings during the lockdown made me try this recipe at home.
