Choco Almond Fudge

My nani hardly likes chocolate or anything that has chocolate but she specifically likes Chocolate Fudge. So, I and nani made a deal that she would make bhajjis and I will make fudge for her.


  • 5 Almonds, Finely Chopped
  • 400gm Nestle Milkmaid (Condensed Milk)
  • 1/2 Cup Sarwar Cocoa Powder ((You can take 1/4 cup also if you don’t want fudge to have strong chocolatey and little bitter taste)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Ghee


Prep: 7 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

  1. Pre-prep: Chop the almonds.
  2. Dry roast chopped almonds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk and mix milkmaid and cocoa powder.
  4. On medium flame, heat a pan and add the mixture. Add almonds and mix.
  5. Keep mixing/stirring the mixture for gooey texture.
  6. Serve it warm.
