Hosting a barbecue? Fire-grilled or Tandoori mushrooms beautifully coated with delicate and delicious flavours of the spices will make for a great starter. The juiciness of mushrooms and the seasoning is a combination to look out for.
Ingredients
- 200 Gms Mushrooms
- For Marination – 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste3tsp Dhaniya (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Hung Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Kasoori Methi
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Cornflour
- Green Chillies (chopped)
- A Pinch Orange Red Colour
- To Sprinkle – 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
- A Pinch Orange Red Colour (Mix with Little Water)
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
- Wash mushrooms and dry them.
- Sprinkle all dry spices on the mushrooms and mix nicely.
- Now mix all marination ingredients in a bowl and pour it over the mushrooms.
- Put them on barbeque sticks and grill.
- Grill in a preheated oven on 180 degree for 15 minutes.
