Dahi Batata Puri


  • 5-6 Puris Of Pani Puri
  • 1/2 Cup Beaten Curd/Yogurt
  • 2 Teaspoon Coriander Mint Chutney
  • 2 Teaspoon Date and Tamarind Chutney
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder or Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled and Chopped Potatoes
  • Salt to Taste
  • Coriander Leaves (Optional) And Sev For Garnish
  • Makes 5-6 Puris


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

  1. Make small holes in all the puris.
  2. In a bowl, add potatoes, salt, red chili powder, and coriander or cumin seed powder. Mix it together.
  3. Fill the puris with this mixture. Pour the coriander mint chutney, date & tamarind chutney, and lastly the beaten yogurt on top of these puris.
  4. Sprinkle some more salt, red chili powder, and cumin seed powder if you like along with chaat masala.
  5. Garnish with sev and freshLY chopped coriander (optional). That’s it!
