Ingredients
- 5-6 Puris Of Pani Puri
- 1/2 Cup Beaten Curd/Yogurt
- 2 Teaspoon Coriander Mint Chutney
- 2 Teaspoon Date and Tamarind Chutney
- 3/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder or Cumin Seed Powder
- 1/2 Cup Boiled and Chopped Potatoes
- Salt to Taste
- Coriander Leaves (Optional) And Sev For Garnish
- Makes 5-6 Puris
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
- Make small holes in all the puris.
- In a bowl, add potatoes, salt, red chili powder, and coriander or cumin seed powder. Mix it together.
- Fill the puris with this mixture. Pour the coriander mint chutney, date & tamarind chutney, and lastly the beaten yogurt on top of these puris.
- Sprinkle some more salt, red chili powder, and cumin seed powder if you like along with chaat masala.
- Garnish with sev and freshLY chopped coriander (optional). That’s it!
