Breaking from the regular party snack bruschetta serving in a bowl with a twist.
Ingredients
- For the Feta Dip
- 1 Pack of Delecta Feta
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- For the Cherry Tomatoes
- 200 gms Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- For the Garnish
- Basil
- Chilli Flakes/ Paprika Powder
Preparation
Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- Method for the feta dip – Grind into a smooth paste all together.
- Method for the tomatoes – Cook the tomatoes on slow flame till they soften. Season as per taste.
- Method for plating – Pour the feta dip, sprinkle some paprika.
- Top it with Basil and Toasted bread.
- Finish off with some fresh Basil.
