I’m Jagrati and my family has been in the heritage hospitality business for the past 35 years. Born and bred in a Rajput home converted into a heritage hotel, an affinity with tradition and culinary culture was very organic. Having said that, my interest in cooking and baking is a recent discovery.
Currently, I am a food experimenter – constantly trying various recipes to see how I can simplify them. My most favourite is traditional recipes that take me back to the stories of how and why they were made a certain way. Cooking for me is like relaxation – I enjoy the pace and patience it needs and above all that is the joy of eating.
