This recipe is every pizza lover’s solution to enjoying the slice guilt-free. It’s super healthy loaded with veggies and a gluten-free base made with millet flour.
Ingredients
- For the Base
- 1 Cup Bajra/ Ragi Flour
- 1 Cup Oats Flour
- 1 Cup Rajgira Flour
- 1 Cup Curd
- Water and Salt
- For the Pizza Sauce
- 8 Tomatoes Pureed
- 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- For the Veggie Toppings
- 1 Zucchini Chopped
- 8-10 Mushrooms Chopped
- 1 Small Broccoli Chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
- 100 gms Marinated Paneer/ Tofu
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Minced
- Handful of Basil
- Olives for Garnish
- Salt and Pepper
- Chilli Flakes and Oregano for Seasoning

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- For the base – Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough. Allow it to rest for 20mins. Make the round base and pan roast on both sides.
- For the pizza sauce – In a pan add oil and tomato puree. Add the red chilli powder, salt and pepper. Allow it to cook for 8-10 mins till the water evaporates.
- For the veggie toppings – In a pan add oil, garlic and chopped veggies. Par cook for 5-7 mins retaining the colour. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
- For the pizza – Take the cooked pizza base. Spread some pizza sauce and top it with veggies.
- Put the marinated paneer cubes and cheese (optional). Cook on a flat pan on slow flame with the lid close. Cook till the base is crisp. Cut into pieces and garnish with basil and olives. Enjoy Hot!
