I always try to make dishes which are super easy, healthy and at the same time satiates all cravings. This is one of those desserts you can eat guilt-free anytime you have sweet cravings. Usually, people make mousse with cream and cream cheese but I made it using healthy yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 3 Digestive Biscuits (Marie/Britannia/Parle)
- 1 Mango
- 1 Epigamia Plain Greek Yoghurt with Vanilla Bean
- 1 Epigama Mango Greek Yoghurt
Preparation
Prep: 2 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- Crush biscuits to form crumbs.
- Layer the bottom of a glass with the biscuit crumbs.
- Next, layer it with mango yoghurt.
- Then layer it with plain Greek yoghurt.
- Top it up with mango chunks.
- Repeat the yoghurt layers.
- Again, top it up with Mango chunks and remaining biscuit crumbs.
