Healthy Mango Mousse

I always try to make dishes which are super easy, healthy and at the same time satiates all cravings. This is one of those desserts you can eat guilt-free anytime you have sweet cravings. Usually, people make mousse with cream and cream cheese but I made it using healthy yoghurt.


  • 3 Digestive Biscuits (Marie/Britannia/Parle)
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Epigamia Plain Greek Yoghurt with Vanilla Bean
  • 1 Epigama Mango Greek Yoghurt


Prep: 2 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. Crush biscuits to form crumbs.
  2. Layer the bottom of a glass with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Next, layer it with mango yoghurt.
  4. Then layer it with plain Greek yoghurt.
  5. Top it up with mango chunks. 
  6. Repeat the yoghurt layers. 
  7. Again, top it up with Mango chunks and remaining biscuit crumbs.
