Instant Energy Bites

We all have chocolate cravings, but we often resist those cravings. However, this recipe has ingredients like oatmeal, dates and nuts that make it very healthy and guilt-free. It’s the perfect combination of health and chocolate.


  • 1 Cup Whole Oatmeal (crushed coarsely)
  • 6-7 Dates
  • 2-3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3-4 Almonds (chopped)


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

  1. Soak the dates in warm water and grind them to a paste. 
  2. Add oatmeal, almonds and cocoa powder to it. Give it a nice mix to incorporate all the ingredients. 
  3. Roll equal sized balls from the above mixture and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
