We all have chocolate cravings, but we often resist those cravings. However, this recipe has ingredients like oatmeal, dates and nuts that make it very healthy and guilt-free. It’s the perfect combination of health and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Oatmeal (crushed coarsely)
- 6-7 Dates
- 2-3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3-4 Almonds (chopped)
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
- Soak the dates in warm water and grind them to a paste.
- Add oatmeal, almonds and cocoa powder to it. Give it a nice mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Roll equal sized balls from the above mixture and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
