- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (small and sliced)
- 1/2 Cup Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
- 1 Tbsp Wingreens Farms’ Peri-Peri Ketchup
- 2 Noodle Cakes
- 2 Sachets Seasoning Mix
- 2 Cups Water
- Salt to Taste
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- In a pan, add water, vegetables, noodle cakes, seasoning, schezwan chutney, peri-peri ketchup.
- Season it with salt as per taste but remember schezwan chutney and peri-peri ketchup already has salt.
- Mix everything. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve piping hot!
