Instant Hot Garlic Noodles

Hot Garlic noodles is a Ching’s product and super instant. I like it because it is too easy to make and yummy to eat. I’ve added my spin with vegetables!


  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (small and sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 Tbsp Wingreens Farms’ Peri-Peri Ketchup
  • 2 Noodle Cakes
  • 2 Sachets Seasoning Mix
  •  2 Cups Water
  •  Salt to Taste


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. In a pan, add water, vegetables, noodle cakes, seasoning, schezwan chutney, peri-peri ketchup.
  2. Season it with salt as per taste but remember schezwan chutney and peri-peri ketchup already has salt.
  3. Mix everything. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve piping hot!
