Irish Soda Bread

As intimidating and tedious it may seem to bake bread, the smell of freshly baked loaf wafting out of one’s kitchen is heavenly and blissful. Many times, I feel this urge to just run into the kitchen and bake my own bread. But time isn’t always your best friend. So, we look for some momentary happiness by baking quick and no yeast bread. This is one such treat that never seems to disappoint.

  6. Remove and cool well before slicing.
