- 5-6 Strands Kesar (Soaked in A Tbsp Curd)
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
- For Mango Lassi
- 1 Mango (Pulp)
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
- For Rose Lassi
- 2 Tbsp Rose Syrup
- Rose Petals to Garnish
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
- For Plain Lassi
- Cardamom powder – 1tsp
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream

- For kesar pista lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
- Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with pista flakes.
- For mango lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
- Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with fresh cream.
- For rose lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
- Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with rose petals.
- For plain lassi – Add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and give it a blend.
- Pour the blended mixture in a chilled glass and garnish with fresh cream and cardamom powder.
