Ingredients
- For the Salad –
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 Capsicum
- Olive Oil
- 1 Lime Juice
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Fresh Parsley & Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- For the Sour Cream –
- Hung Curd
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp Lime Juice
- Salt to Taste
- Fresh Mint Leaves

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- For the salad, finely chop all the vegetables into thin julienne strips.
- Add a dressing made with olive oil, lime juice and salt. Garnish with fresh parsley and coriander leaves. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
- For the sour cream, hang full-fat milk yoghurt in a muslin cloth overnight to make sour cream.
- Finely chop garlic cloves and fresh mint.
- In a bowl mix the hung curd, fresh mint leaves, lime juice and salt. Keep it covered in the fridge to chill.
