- Oil (to deep fry)
- 5-6 Tablespoons Gram Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- Vegetables (potatoes, onions, green chillies, cauliflower, spinach etc.)
- Chaat Masala
- Salt to Taste
- A Pinch Baking Soda

Cooking: 10 minutes
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a dish, add water and make a batter which is neither too thick nor too watery.
- Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve.
