Masaledar Tofu

We usually have Tofu with Asian flavours but Indian flavours with Tofu are a complete win-win! It took less than 15mins to prepare and all you need is some Maggi masala for that masaledar twist.


  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Chopped
  • ½ Cup Onion Chunks
  • ½ Cup Capsicum Chunks
  • ½ Cup Tomato Chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Maggi Masala
  • 1 Cup Firm Tofu Cubes
  • Salt To Taste


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. Sauté garlic and green chillies in oil.
  2. Add onions, and capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and Maggi masala and cook till the tomatoes are slightly mushy.
  4. Lastly toss in the tofu and season with salt if needed.
