We usually have Tofu with Asian flavours but Indian flavours with Tofu are a complete win-win! It took less than 15mins to prepare and all you need is some Maggi masala for that masaledar twist.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Chopped
- ½ Cup Onion Chunks
- ½ Cup Capsicum Chunks
- ½ Cup Tomato Chunks
- 2 Tbsp Maggi Masala
- 1 Cup Firm Tofu Cubes
- Salt To Taste
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- Sauté garlic and green chillies in oil.
- Add onions, and capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and Maggi masala and cook till the tomatoes are slightly mushy.
- Lastly toss in the tofu and season with salt if needed.
