Milk Barfi

Barfi is a popular Indian milk-based sweet recipe that is prepared during festivals. We are sharing this sweet recipe here because the sweets are a must. Hope you like this sweet and simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Of Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Of Powder Sugar
  • Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Beetroot Juice
  • Dry Fruits

Preparation

Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 120 minutes


  1. Take ghee into the pan, roast maida in ghee for around 10 min on low flame then add sugar + beetroot juice (food colour if you want) + cashews + cardamom powder in it. Mix it well.
  2. Grease your favourite mould with ghee and pour the mixture in it with dry fruits.
