Mix Fruit Granola

Mix fruit granola is an absolute quick fix energy booster, it is breakfast ready in a jiffy. It’s equally versatile and can be substituted for the yogurt parfait. This essentially is a two-in-one recipe!


  • 100gm Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Drops of Vanilla Essence
  • A Pinch OF Cinnamon
  • 150gm Homemade Granola
  • 1 Banana
  • 80gm Papaya
  • 80gm Dragon Fruit
  • 1 Mango
  • 80gm Pear
  • 80gm Grapes


Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

  1. Follow James’ homemade granola recipe or just buy some.
  2. In a bowl sweeten the yoghurt with vanilla bean extract or a few drops of vanilla essence, few spoons of honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Then add all the fruits (leave a few behind for garnish).
  4. Mix the granola in the bowl. Garnish with fruits and some granola.
  5. Blend it into a smoothie if you want it on the go.
