Mix fruit granola is an absolute quick fix energy booster, it is breakfast ready in a jiffy. It’s equally versatile and can be substituted for the yogurt parfait. This essentially is a two-in-one recipe!
Ingredients
- 100gm Yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Drops of Vanilla Essence
- A Pinch OF Cinnamon
- 150gm Homemade Granola
- 1 Banana
- 80gm Papaya
- 80gm Dragon Fruit
- 1 Mango
- 80gm Pear
- 80gm Grapes
Preparation
Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Follow James’ homemade granola recipe or just buy some.
- In a bowl sweeten the yoghurt with vanilla bean extract or a few drops of vanilla essence, few spoons of honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Then add all the fruits (leave a few behind for garnish).
- Mix the granola in the bowl. Garnish with fruits and some granola.
- Blend it into a smoothie if you want it on the go.
