- For the Base – 1/2 Cup Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- Mix the above ingredients nicely
- 100 Grams Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoon Powder Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Mango Puree
- 1/4 Tablespoon Mango Essence
- A Pinch Yellow Colour (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Whip Cream
- Whipped Cream
- Chopped Mangoes
Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Mix biscuits and butter nicely and put it at the bottom of the jar or serving glass.
- In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar lightly.
- Add mango puree, essence, cream and colour. Keep aside.
- Beat the cream till thick.
- For the layering – first, add biscuits crust followed by cheesecake mixture, whipped cream and garnish with chopped mangoes.
