No-Bake Mango Cheesecake

Make use of your seasonal favourite – mango – with this rather easy no-bake cheesecake recipe. It is the right balance of rich creamy character and the slightly tart-slightly sweet flavour of fresh mangoes. Best served chilled!


  • For the Base – 1/2 Cup Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • Mix the above ingredients nicely
  • 100 Grams Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon Powder Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Mango Puree
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Mango Essence
  • A Pinch Yellow Colour (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Whip Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chopped Mangoes


Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

  1. Mix biscuits and butter nicely and put it at the bottom of the jar or serving glass.
  2. In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar lightly.
  3. Add mango puree, essence, cream and colour. Keep aside.
  4. Beat the cream till thick.
  5. For the layering – first, add biscuits crust followed by cheesecake mixture, whipped cream and garnish with chopped mangoes.
