Ingredients
- 1 Cup Roasted Oats
- 1/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour
- Chia Seeds
- Melon Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Almonds
- Cranberries – as per your preference.
- 1/2 Cup Raw Unrefined Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Jaggery
- Melted Butter (to bring it all together)
Preparation
Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 40 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Pack it tightly into a square baking tin. Bake at 160 degrees C for 30 minutes and cut it into squares.
- Bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Cool off, remove the squares and eat or store in an airtight container.
