Oats and Buckwheat Granola Bars

Why are granola bars such a popular healthy bake? It works with a range of nutritious ingredients and is perfect for kids and adults alike. These health bars can be made vegan or gluten-free too. They are packed with a lot of goodness even in the tiniest bite – that alone is reason enough to bake and store them.


  • 1 Cup Roasted Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour
  • Chia Seeds
  • Melon Seeds
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Almonds
  • Cranberries – as per your preference.
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Unrefined Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Liquid Jaggery
  • Melted Butter (to bring it all together)


Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 40 minutes

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Pack it tightly into a square baking tin. Bake at 160 degrees C for 30 minutes and cut it into squares.
  3. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Cool off, remove the squares and eat or store in an airtight container.
