Ingredients
- 1 Small Bowl Rocket Leaves
- Some Basil Leaves
- 1 Small Cup Chopped Avocado
- 1 Orange Cut in Wedges
- 5 Walnuts Cut in Halves
- 4-5 Balls of Boccacini
- Vinaigrette (3 Tsp Oil, 1 Tsp Vinegar, 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard, Salt, Pepper, 3 Tsp Fresh Orange Juice)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

- Get all the ingredients of vinaigrette in a bowl and whisk to form an emulsion.
- Toss all the salad ingredients in a separate bowl, drizzle in the vinaigrette and toss the salad.
