Paneer Tikka is a classic Indian grilled starter, rich in proteins and made in a succulent marinade of spices. A dish relished by vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Paneer
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum (Cut into Big Pieces)
- 1 Cup Onion (Cut into Big Pieces)
- For Seasoning – 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ajwain
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- For Marination – 1 Spoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Thick Curd
- 1 Tablespoon Amul Cream
- Little Dhaniya Leaves
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Cornflour
- 1 Teaspoon Besan
- 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi
- Little Dhaniya Leaves (Chopped)
- Little Green Chillies (Chopped)
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Cut paneer, onion, capsicum, tomato into big pieces and sprinkle all the dry spices.
- Now mix all ingredients of marination in a bowl.
- Now add paneer to the marination.
- Put them onto barbeque sticks or skewers and cook it in the oven on 200 degrees for 10 minutes or barbeque.
- Do not keep the paneer with marination for more than 1 hour.
