Papaya Chia Boats

Beating the heat is oh so easy with this amazing tropical fruit and supercooling chia seeds!

This delicious recipe takes no time & can be had as a snack or whole breakfast! While we fill it up with a simple chia pudding topped with fresh fruits and nuts, the recipe is incredibly versatile! You can get creative and fill it with whatever you like – chia pudding/yoghurt/pudding/ another fruits/granola / even a smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Papaya – You Can Also Use Melons, Grapefruits, Watermelon – Any Large Fruit of Your Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Harvest Farms Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (Of Your Choice)
  • Fruits/ Nuts/ Seeds Of Your Choice For Topping

Preparation

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes


  1. Cut a papaya lengthwise and use 1/2 by removing the seeds.
  2. Fill the chia pudding into your papaya, top with nuts and other fruits. You can drizzle some honey / maple or sweetener of your preference! Scoop out along with some papaya and enjoy!
