- 60 ml Aged Dark Rum
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Bab Louie & Co. Passionfruit & Orange Premix
- 15 ml Pineapple Juice
- 2 Drops Tropical Bitters (optional)

Cooking: 10 minutes
- In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with dehydrated orange or pineapple.
