Sweet corn is the best among street snacks across India. Chaat made from boiled corn kernels is particularly famous during monsoons. You must’ve seen sweet corn stalls scattered across train stations, beaches, markets and even in malls, throughout the year. They all generally have two hotboxes containing either plain or spicy masala sweet corn. Laced with oodles of butter and a special spice mix, this corn chaat is ideal for snacking. It can be prepared at home in a healthy version. All you need is some corn, your favourite veggies, masala and lemon and you have a mouth-watering chaat.
