Quick Pasta Salad

A filling bowl food recipe – the pasta salad is perfectly seasoned with a and a creamy texture. It could easily be a side or a starter. And it takes less than 30 minutes to put it all together.

Ingredients

  • For the Salad – 1 Cup Boiled Pasta
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli (Boiled)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (Sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot (Cut Lengthwise)
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers (Cut Lengthwise)
  • For the Dressing – 2 Tablespoon Salad Oil/Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Spoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Capsico Sauce
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Amul Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup

Preparation

Prep: 15 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes


  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a big bowl and mix nicely.
  2. Now mix the dressing and keep aside.
  3. Mix ketchup in mayonnaise and put the dressing on the salad and then put mayonnaise mixture and mix nicely.
  4. Serve chilled.
