Ingredients
- 1 Cup Moong Dal
- 2 Green Chilies, Chopped
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- Oil & Salt
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Green Coriander
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- For the waffles, soak yellow moong daal/lentils for 4 hours. Once done, grind them with some salt, green chillies, onions and make a batter.
- Preheat a waffle machine and grease it with very little oil, add this batter to make the waffles.
- For the tomato chutney, churn the tomatoes, garlic cloves, coriander, some green chillies and salt to make a chutney.
- Serve it with the waffles.
