Ingredients
- 2 Onions (medium-sized cut into rings)
- 1/2 Cup Maida
- 1/4 Cup Cornflour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Herbs
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- Milk to Make the Batter
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
- Cut onions into rings and soak them in chilled water for 20 minutes.
- Dry them on kitchen towel.
- Now in a bowl, mix maida, cornflour, salt, herbs, paprika powder, baking powder to make the batter with milk.
- Now dip the onion ring into batter and coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Keep them in the fridge for 1/2 hour and deep fry them in hot oil.
