Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

This recipe comes from my love for pretty breakfast – a perfect way to start the day with colours that brighten up the day. And what better ingredients than using seasons favourites Strawberries. Smoothie bowls are so versatile when it comes to balancing right after a great workout.


  • 1 Scoop Vanilla or Strawberry Protein Powder (Optional)
  • 1 Bowl of Strawberries
  • 1-2 Cup of Home Set Dahi /Vegan Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Granola
  • 1 Tbsp Mix Roasted Seeds
  • 3-4 Almonds and Walnuts Chopped
  • Strawberry Slices


Prep: 2 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes

  1. In the grinder add protein powder, strawberry, honey and dahi.
  2. Give it a mix and pour in a bowl.
  3. Garnish with granola, nuts, seeds and sliced strawberry.
  4. Enjoy your breakfast!
