The savoury pancakes are tasty, healthy and a nutritious start to a morning. Made with multigrain flour, the pancakes are ideal for weight loss.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Jowar Flour
- 1/2 Cup Bajra Flour
- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup Gram Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Ajwain
- 1/4 Tsp Jeera
- 1 Tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3 Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Oil
- Salt to Taste
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Oil (for toasting)

Cooking: 5 minutes
- First, make a crushed powder of jeera and ajwain because it gives a nice aroma to the dish.
- Next, take a mixing bowl and add onions, curry leaves, crushed powder, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, oil, salt, red chilli powder and all the flour. Mix well.
- Now slowly add water in parts as required to form a dosa batter of pouring consistency or you can even form a smooth dough.
- Heat the Tawa. On medium flame pour the batter and cook for 5mins on both side .
- Serve Hot with ketchup or chutney.
