Crisp on the outside and soft and cheesy inside, these Pizza Puffs make for a delicious snack. Both kids and adults will relish it with great joy. It looks fancy but is easy to make for a starter or snack. This one is for kids who are great veg puff fans.

- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt to Taste
- 4 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- For the Stuffing
- 1/2 Cup Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot (grated)
- Coriande
- Salt to Taste
- 3 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- Oil

- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, oil and crumble the mixture, add water, and knead medium to a tight dough. Keep aside.
- Take a pan, add oil, chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, corn, green peas and cook well until semi-soft.
- Next, add red chilli powder, oregano, tomato ketchup, salt and give a quick mix. Let the mixture cool, then add grated cheese to it.
- Take the dough, divide it into 2 equal parts and make an oval roti. Cut it into medium-sized rectangles.
- Stuff the veggies mixture into these rectangle pockets and seal with the help of a fork.
- Deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
