Preparation
Prep: 30 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- To prepare cajun sauce, add all the ingredients (mentioned under cajun spice) in a bowl and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for chilling.
- To prepare the salad, put all the ingredients for dressing in a mixer and blend well. Pour it over the vegetables for the salad and allow it to rest for a while.
- To prepare the tortillas, mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough.
- Place a plastic sheet and grease it with oil. Take a dough ball, place another plastic sheet over it and roll into a chapati/thin puri of about 4″ diameter.
- Cook over a tawa until the tortilla is brown on both sides.
- To assemble, take a tortilla, spread cajun sauce over it. Add fries and drizzle some cajun sauce. Add salad over the French fries.
- Wrap the Tortilla with a butter paper/ pierce a toothpick to hold the wrap.
