Almond Flour Choco Cookies

Calling all choco-chip lovers! Giving my favourite cookies a healthy spin with this easy-peasy 6-ingredient recipe which is vegan & completely gluten-free! Time to try it at home to satiate those cookie cravings.


  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Jaggery Powder (Or Sweetener Of Your Choice)
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips


Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. To this add the wet ingredients & fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, flatten them and place them on a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven @180*c for 12-15mins.
  5. Dig into this gluten free gem!
