Amal Vana (Refreshing Tamarind Drink)

Tamarind, the main ingredient is from a 100-year-old tree at my farmhouse in Rajasthan. During summer holidays, at precisely 5.30 pm every day, this simple and refreshing drink would quench our thirst. It’s a part of my childhood and I am reminded of it as soon as temperatures rise.
