Avocado Granola

Nutty and nutritious, this 3-step breakfast meal in a bowl recipe is packed with healthy carbs and keeps you up and about for hours. If you have a hectic routine, it can be blended into a beautiful smoothie to go.


  • 100gm Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Drops of Vanilla Essence
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 Avocado (medium-sized)
  • 150gm Homemade Granola


Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes

  1. Follow James’ homemade granola recipe or just buy some.
  2. In a bowl sweeten some yoghurt with vanilla bean extract or a drop of the essence, few spoons of honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix in the avocado (leave a few behind for garnish).
  3. Quickly mix in the granola spoon into a bowl and garnish with avocado and dry fruits.
