- 100gm Yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Drops of Vanilla Essence
- A Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 Avocado (medium-sized)
- 150gm Homemade Granola

- Follow James’ homemade granola recipe or just buy some.
- In a bowl sweeten some yoghurt with vanilla bean extract or a drop of the essence, few spoons of honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix in the avocado (leave a few behind for garnish).
- Quickly mix in the granola spoon into a bowl and garnish with avocado and dry fruits.
