This dish is made of banana flowers, it’s crispy and tangy. A perfect combination of banana floret flavour and a hint of garlic makes it a yummy evening snack. I enjoyed making this dish as much as I did eating it.

- Carefully peel banana flower skin (save the skin for presentation) and separate florets. Open each floret to remove the centre part with bulb and a small white curtain. Once done, soak it in water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the water, now add besan flour, maida and cornflour to the florets, add salt, oil, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder. Mix them all, sprinkle a little bit of water, the batter is ready.
- Heat oil, and fry them until golden brown.
- Once they are out, sprinkle chaat masala.
- Use the banana flower skin to put the pakodas and relish.
