Bab’s Clover Club

The essence of Raspberry with a blend of Bab Louie bitters makes this drink nothing short of an aphrodisiac.


  • 60 ml Gin
  • 1 Egg White
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • 15 ml Bab Louie Mix Berry Premix
  • 3 Raspberries for garnish


Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  1. Add the gin, egg white, lemon juice, raspberry juice and the Bab Louie mix berry premix into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with 3 speared raspberries.
