- 2 Beetroots (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- Salt to taste

- Peel and cut the beetroot into thin slices.
- Drizzle oil, sprinkle some pepper and mix well.
- Take a tissue, spread the beetroot slices on it and dab with another tissue to remove excess water.
- Lay each beetroot slice separately in the baking tray. Bake it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees or till it turns crispy.
