Baked Beetroot Chips

Incredibly healthy and easy to make, this recipe will give you a nutritious and tasty alternative for your munchies. The making technique can be applied to other vegetables like carrots and eggplants as well. Happy munching!


  • 2 Beetroots (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • Salt to taste


Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

  1. Peel and cut the beetroot into thin slices.
  2. Drizzle oil, sprinkle some pepper and mix well.
  3. Take a tissue, spread the beetroot slices on it and dab with another tissue to remove excess water.
  4. Lay each beetroot slice separately in the baking tray. Bake it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees or till it turns crispy.
