Caesar Salad

Caesar Salad is a classic healthy salad recipe, featuring crunchy croutons and a creamy, garlic dressing. Ideal for lunch/dinner with friends.

Ingredients

  • For the Salad Dressing
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard (Brand – Remia)
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Rock Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • For the Salad
  • 2 Cups Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped in Slices
  • 1 Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 Packet Feta Cheese (Brand – D’lecta)
  • 4 Bread Slices (For Croutons)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Paneer

Preparation

Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes


  1. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Dressing will last up to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
  2. For croutons, toast the bread slice from both sides to make it crispy. Then cut the bread into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, croutons, paneer and feta cheese. Top with dressing as desired and toss to combine.
