Caesar Salad is a classic healthy salad recipe, featuring crunchy croutons and a creamy, garlic dressing. Ideal for lunch/dinner with friends.
Ingredients
- For the Salad Dressing
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard (Brand – Remia)
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Rock Salt
- 1 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- For the Salad
- 2 Cups Chopped Lettuce
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped in Slices
- 1 Cucumber Chopped
- 1 Packet Feta Cheese (Brand – D’lecta)
- 4 Bread Slices (For Croutons)
- 1 Cup Chopped Paneer

Cooking: 10 minutes
- Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Dressing will last up to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
- For croutons, toast the bread slice from both sides to make it crispy. Then cut the bread into small pieces and keep aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, croutons, paneer and feta cheese. Top with dressing as desired and toss to combine.
