Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar Salad with crisp homemade croutons and a light caesar dressing – for when you want to impress your dinner guests


  • 200 Grams Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 Small Onion, Sliced
  • 5-10 Croutons
  • Parmesan Shavings
  • For the Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Pepper
  • 2-3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • Tabasco
  • Chopped Jalapenos


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 5 Minutes

  1. Wash Iceberg and keep in iced water for 10 mins. Tear out the lettuce in bite size pieces with your hand.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing together in a bowl.
  3. Remove the iceberg from the ice bath and place it in a bowl. Add the croutons and sliced onions. Add in some dressing and toss the mixture. Make sure you coat all the greens but do not overuse the dressing. Plate the greens as a bed in the serving bowl.
  4. Garnish with some parmesan shavings.
