It’s a classic, healthy and easy-to-pull together dish for breakfast.
Ingredients
- For the Omelet
- 4 Eggs
- Pinch of Pink Salt
- Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
- 1/4 Cup Cheese, Grated
- 1 Red Onion, Chopped
- 2 Pods Garlic, Finely Cut
- 1 Tomato, Chopped
- 2 Chilies, Chopped
- Olive Oil
- For the Fruit Bowl
- Pomegranate, Deseed
- Apples, Diced
- Oranges, Peeled
Preparation
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
- For the omelet, beat the eggs, tomato, chilies, onions, garlic and seasoning together.
- Heat olive oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture as soon as the oil is hot.
- When the underside cooks a little, sprinkle the cheese over it and fold the omelet over, forming a semi-circular shape.
- When the inside is set, slide out onto a plate and serve immediately.
- For the fruit bowl, chop the fruits finely into a bowl and breakfast is served!
