Cheese Omelette with A Side of Fresh Fruits

It’s a classic, healthy and easy-to-pull together dish for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • For the Omelet
  • 4 Eggs
  • Pinch of Pink Salt
  • Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese, Grated 
  • 1 Red Onion, Chopped  
  • 2 Pods Garlic, Finely Cut
  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 2 Chilies, Chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • For the Fruit Bowl
  • Pomegranate, Deseed 
  • Apples, Diced
  • Oranges, Peeled

Preparation

Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes


  1. For the omelet, beat the eggs, tomato, chilies, onions, garlic and seasoning together.
  2. Heat olive oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture as soon as the oil is hot.
  3. When the underside cooks a little, sprinkle the cheese over it and fold the omelet over, forming a semi-circular shape.
  4. When the inside is set, slide out onto a plate and serve immediately.
  5. For the fruit bowl, chop the fruits finely into a bowl and breakfast is served!
