Most people don’t like dudhi or lauki but I am an ardent fan. I love it in all its form, whether it is dudhi ki sabzi, lauki nu muthiya or dudhi halwa. How could I not turn it into a soup then? It not only tastes delicious but is also great for the well-being of your health. Soups have slowly turned into my dinner because they are so filling.
